Vern Terpstra is Professor Emeritus of International Business at the University of Michigan and has served as President, Academy of International Business, where he was a Founding Fellow.Ravi Sarathy is Professor,Dept. of Management at Northeastern University and has enjoyed a number of visiting appointments around the globe, including the Fulbright-FLAD Chair in Strategic Managment in Lisbon. He has consulted for a number of multinationals and contributed various chapters to International Marketing Research.Lloyd russow is Assoicate Dean, Philadelphia University School of Business Administration, where he has taught extensively in International Business. His previous publications include: International Dimensions of Marketing and Digital Technology in Teaching International Business.
